We hear snow is on the way so we are planning to get in the mood with an Alpine-inspired meal at St. Moritz in Soho. The chalet-style restaurant, open since 1974, offers Swiss specialities as well as the best fondue in town.
Choose from Bourguignonne (beef dipped in hot oil and served with an array of sauces – béarnaise, tartar, herb, beetroot and horseradish), Chinoise (beef cooked in a pot of stock that you can drink as soup after) and of course a classic cheese fondue - or Neuchateloise - crusty bread dipped in bubbling Gruyere and Emmental cheese. One thing is for sure, we wouldn't mind being snowed in here.
