Introducing Chef Chocolates at Melt

Christmas is over, which means we are warming up for Easter by sampling some of the best chocolates in town.

Top of the list is an exclusive range by chocolatiers Melt, developed in collaboration with top British chefs including Sophie Conran, Mark Hix, Skye Gyngell and Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers of The River Cafe. Standout treats include an Earl Grey tea ganache with hot chunks of crystallised ginger by Sophie Conran and Mark Hix's bespoke box, which includes a milk chocolate fudge seasoned with Cornish sea salt, a rose hip jelly surprise and blackberry bonbon.
