Barcelona Restaurant and Wine Bar, a Connecticut-based Spanish restaurant chain, finally opened its doors quietly last night, Thursday, January 3, in Brookline. The restaurant featuring Spanish cuisine such as tapas and paella was working out a few kinks before opening a few days later than planned. A post earlier this week explains the 240-seat restaurant’s features, which include a large wines-by-the-glass program, late-night dining (until 12:30 AM weekday nights, and a 2 AM bar closure on weekends) and a large patio.
