Although plans were to close the doors after a blowout New Year's Eve party, the original A.O.C. on West Third Street will keep the cheese, wine and bacon-wrapped dates going for a few more weeks. Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne continue to renovate the former Il Covo/Orso space to relocate their 10-year-old restaurant, but things are moving as, well, as they do. But at least that means you don't have to go without one of your favorite small-plates restaurants. The restaurant will remain open regular hours through the month, most likely until February, when the new space is ready.
